Futurity Printable Forms
SBHA�s Litter Enrollment Forms are to be used by breeders or owners to secure participation into the SBHA Futurity or SBHA Puppy Classic. By completing a Litter Enrollment Form and submitting the the SBHA Futurity Director, will begin the first step to committing to improving and maintaining breed superiority. For this commitment, dogs from your litter will be allowed participation into the SBHA Futurity and SBHA Puppy Classic.
Puppies and Derbies from nominated litters are competing to become the Nation�s Best Walking Puppy and Best Walking Derby of the Year. Don�t miss your opportunity to join the Country�s ELITE Walking Organization�The Southern Bird Hunters Association. The 2021 SBHA Futurity will be held in Pamplico, South Carolina, January 18th to January 24th.
Dogs Born during 2019 will compete as Derbies in the SBHA Futurity where breeders / owners will use the SBHA Litter Enrollment Form for dogs born in 2019. Dogs born during 2020 will compete as Puppies in the SBHA Puppy Classic where breeders / owners will use the SBHA Litter Enrollment Form for dogs born in 2020.
